Spanish Bilingual Program is implemented daily.

Spanish Bilingual Program - Studies have shown repeatedly that foreign language learning increases critical thinking skills, creativity, and flexibility of mind in young children. Students who are learning a foreign language out-score their non-foreign language learning peers in the verbal and, surprisingly to some, the math sections of standardized tests. Children who learn a foreign language beginning in early childhood demonstrate certain cognitive advantages over children who do not.

Who we are?

Palmetto Play Care, LLC has been dedicated to the Bowie / Mitchellville area since 2002 after joining the community in early 2000. We are licensed by the State of Maryland Department of Human Resources Child Care Administration. We (Ms. Sherri and Ms. Yvette) are also members of Prince George's Child Resource Center, Inc. which facilitates us with our continuing early child care education. We attend local Child Care Conferences and classes in the area and share the latest information with our parents. Currently, we are in the process of Credentialing our Program as a Credential Level 4+. We truly dedicate ourselves to the children on a daily basis. Combined we are the nucleus of Palmetto Play Care and we strive to offer exceptional service to all families.
